We did this last summer, actually starting from the little park in Coliemore Road. If you start an hour or so before low tide, it's relatively easy, although it does include some easy scrambling and some wading through wet seaweed.
Did you do that walk?
I've never done the Vico - White Rock stretch (except by sea), but I've done the Vico to Coliemore recently for Coastwatch.orgI'm hoping to try it at the next very low spring tide - 12th March?
